I grew up reading Dear Abby. I loved reading about someone’s problem knowing that there was going to be advice on how to deal with it. Sometimes, I agreed with her; other times, I didn’t, but I often wondered how I could become the next Dear Abby. . . There are some people who are gifted with the ability to have people naturally open up and share with them. I like to believe that I am one of those gifted people. I enjoy hearing people’s stories, hopes, and dreams, and I feel humbled when they reveal their troubles, confusions, and worries. So, I’m here. I’ll share about myself. I’ll ramble on. Love comes in many forms, but the amazing thing about love is that it's always beautiful. I am an actress. I'm dramatic, passionate, creative, and loud. When I was young, I was painfully shy. When I was in 8th grade, I decided that I needed to overcome my fears and learn to be more outgoing, so I signed up to take theatre as my elective in school. Now, I still secretly (or not so much) dream of being on TV or film or the stage - or even becoming a voice actor. I am a teacher. I am a co-worker. I am a team player and innovator. I am a lover of the fine arts. I am a learner. I care deeply about my students and who they are as people. I aim to teach them not only the craft of acting but also life long skills that come with it: communication, cooperation, confidence, creativity, and more.
